Help acclaim and flash support

the uscellular web site says that the acclaim wont support flash. i think i did my research right and that its because its not a 1gz processor. can anyone help me understand if im correct or not, and if im not why it doesnt get flash.

On Linux, Flash requires an 800MHz CPU or better. On the Android platform, Flash requires a Stepping 7 or better CPU, and the Acclaim has a Stepping 6 ARM CPU. That is why we don't have Flash 10.1 support included with Froyo for the Acclaim. The 800MHZ minimum will keep Flash from being available with the 2.2 upgrade for the LG Apex as well.

This affects all carriers, not just US Cellular.
