Account or balance transfer

I have a page plus account for a few months now that I got as a backup with a Palm Pixi (bought new.) Anyway, I have only used the phone once or twice and I have about a $40 balance and I was wondering if there is a way to sell the phone and the account to someone as a package. I do not care about the number since nobody really knows it.

Has anyone done anything like this before? Any ideas/tips?

You can use amazon or ebay for this. I think there is no restriction what soever about this.
