Accuweather widget problem

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275R
mobile phone with Android OS and it
has the Accuweather weather and time
Widget and i have set it to auto-update the weather every hour but
does not update it.

I apologize in advance, but sometimes we have to get the silly questions out of the way:
Are you connected to the internet?
Does the app know your location?

I have Fancy Widgets which uses Accuweather and it hasn't been refreshing correctly recently either. If I refresh straight after a reboot it'll do it, but almost no other times. I did read recently though that some US weather site had been taken offline for a while because of a cyber attack or something (or was it just lots of mobile users, I forget) and was thinking that "maybe" it has something to do with that.

Then again, all the time I've had "weather widgets" they have all had times when they didn't refresh properly for a few days, so probably nothing to worry about. I just look out of the window when that happens ...

Yeh sometimes with weather widgets, unless need to know what's forecast for tomorrow or during next few days, it can be more accurate just to poke your head out the window...

Yes the Accuweather conflicts with what I see from the window.
