Acer A100 Tablet - question on Lumireader

I just purchased the Acer A100 Android V3.2 OS and am learning some of the functionality. I'm puzzled as I was attempting to download the userguide and the instructions said to Tab on Apps (after download of user guide) and select Lumiread. It appears that this app is not installed. My question is - is it suppose to be, if so where might it be? Yes, I'm new to this device. So far I've go a lot of things working, wireless, internet, email etc. Any help will be appreciated.

I have the same problem and Acer customer support is of little help. The online chat support told me Lumiread isn't supposed to be on the A100 and to get it from an Android marketplace. When told it was an Acer app supplied by Acer I was told to download a different PDF reader. How is it I know know more than their paid tech support and I just got this and know next to nothing about it? Phone support was a little better but I have to call tomorrow and ask for level 2 support. How about a new tablet or at least a link to download it? I'll let you know what happens tomorrow.
It is supposed to be on there. Check "multimedia" app and see if it is in there. Tht was one f the thing they had me do.
