acer a200 rooted - acer updates?

My Acer A200 tablet is rooted. My system is now wanting to do an Acer update? Do I need the update? The update does not complete the process?

Your suggestions are appreciated.

If you are rooted, I would not take an OTA update as it will more than likely break root. Have you installed a custom recovery like TWRP or ClockworkMod? Those generally will prohibit the update process as well as notifying you when one is available.
