Help Ack! stuck update, please help

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with my (new) X10 from Rogers. I downloaded and installed the PC software and followed the instructions carefully.

It connects to my X10 and says there is an update available. When I start the update process however, when I get to the MOUNT stage, it kicks me back to the earlier step (i.e. never starts the update).

Has anyone ever experienced this? I'm at a loss.

Nope never experienced it cause I never waited for an official update, AT&T is too damn slow and they cripple the phone.

So which pc software are u using to attempt this update?

I'm using PC companion on my desktop, which seemed to install ok, I just can't update the phone at all.

Try using SEUS, Sony Ericsson Update Service, its also a pc program u have to download.

Buddy of mine has the Arc....so nice...thinner, lighter...menu button and back button are reversed, which is weird. Looks a little more iPhonish...the rounded corners and it's flatter.

As for the topic, any update yet? I'm curious if you've tried SEUS and how that worked out.
