Acreage Calculations

I'm trying to figure out acreage of my RV lot. I've looked at few acreage calculators, but they only do square lots. My RV lot is a large triangle. Here are the measurements:

Front of lot by the road 48.7 feet
Length 125.85 feet
Width at the end of the lot 106.37 feet

Is anyone good at math to figure out acreage?

Are both sides 125.85 feet? You could get close by going with a 48.7 X 125.85 rectangle and a triangle with a base of 57.67 X 125.87. This would result in 9758 +/- square feet.

If you have a metes and bounds description I may be able to make that more accurate.

This is a problem perfectly suited for ChatGPT. It concluded that "the area of your triangular RV lot is approximately 2,533.62 square feet. When converted into acres, it is about 0.058 acres."

Can you doodle us the plot so we know we've got the shape right?

EDIT: RobGPT snoozed and losed!

I am not good with math. I absolutely suck at it in high school (I did fairly well trigonometry and geometry and got through fractions). My daughter is apparently really good at math, the area giving her a bit of a problem is volumes but she will keep at it until she finally understands it.
