Activating New Phone?

So, I'm going to be getting my new SGS3 in a day or two and i was wondering if anyone knew what number to call metro at to activate the phone? There's no corporate stores near me, and all the dealers charge $10 which I'd rather not shell out after spending 500 on a phone. So does anyone know the number? I've looked on their site and i know you can do it on there, but I'd rather talk to a person to do it (plus i forgot my account info or if i ever even made one)
