Help activity launcher

hi all...nearly everytime i press an icon i get this message...SORRY.ACTIVITY LAUNCHER (IN APPLICATION LAUNCHER) IS NOT RESPONDING.FORCE CLOSE----WAIT...as anybody know how i put this right.thanks.
i might add this on the lenovo ideapad k1

If this is for every icon you may be stuck. A factory reset is suspect is in your future.
