For many months I have used the Acuweather clock/weather widget on the home screen of both my phone (LG Volt) and tablet (Samsung tab 2 7").
A few days ago I noticed that it was not updating the weather on the phone.
I removed it from the screen and turned off the phone.
After rebooting the phone I have tried numerous times to reinstate the clock/weather widget on the phone and as soon as I hit the screen the app/widget crashes closed.
Does anyone have thoughts on why the widget now will not work on the phone while still being fine on the tablet?
And yes I have updated the Acuweather app at the Play Store just in case that might have had anything to do with it.
