Ad pops up after ending phone call

What is this ad that pops up after I end every phone call?
It isn't always the same but seems to be connected with the last place I visited. (GPS???)

It usually comes from a free app with shows ads from time to time, most notably apps lock or games.

jewishuaz2 Lurker If you have downloaded an app called "Note" or maybe some other app from google play that was freeware. That could be the source of your problems, once you have deleted that app then the problem should go away. It was "Note" that was causing the ad pop-up after every call for me. I hope you can find the app that is causing your headaches. Try to remember what app you might have downloaded around the time the problem started and delete it. You can always reinstall any app you deleted once you've found the culprit.
