Adaway blocking airline sites such as Farecompare

I enabled Adway and it seems to be working fine. But yesterday when I tried going into Farecompare, an airline fare comparison site, it was blocked and I cannot proceed further without disabling "Adaway". How do add the airline sites to white list.
In general How do create my own white list.
Some sample files would help me understand

You don't necessarily add the site you're trying to visit...
You add the ad sites that are called by the page you're trying to visit.

Find out those sites by logging dns requests.

Also, if you go into preferences and check "enable webserver", it fixes some (not all) apps/sites that otherwise wouldn't work with adaway enabled. Read adaway in-app help for explanation
