Adc 2?

Anyone have any news/rumors on Android Developer Challenge #2? Not the second round of challenge 1 but the actual 2nd challenge overall.

• Will finalists/winners of ADC 1 be able to resubmit the same apps if they didn't win everything?
• Will finalists/winners of ADC 1 be able to submit new applications?
• Prize money?

I guess it all depends how the first one goes and how android is received by consumers after the first go around.
