Hi and welcome to Android Forums.
Pinch the screen with thumb and forefinger and it should zoom in and show all of your homescreens. You'll see a box with a plus (+) in it. Tap that and it will create a new homescreen for you. You can drag the screens around by tapping a holding a finger on it and moving it to where you want.
