Help Add folder to Chrome Android bookmarks

I must have done this as I have a number of folders in my mobile bookmarks on my Andriod devices. But I cannot see how to add any more; I am away from my pc so cannot use that.

I cannot find bookmark manager on either Galaxy device.

Any advice please?

Next to an existing bookmark, click on the 3 dots, then either click " edit bookmark" or "move". Either way will give you the option to create a new folder.

If you click on move, it gives you the option of moving to an existing folder, or creating a new one.

No problem.
Or you can click on edit, then click the name of the folder. It brings up the same menu that clicking move does.
