Help Add new language to the S3

Hey all;

Anyone can help me with arabic language?? how can I add it to my mobile write and reading only what I need, please if any one can help explain it how and where from

i would like to do this too but with french!

in the options when typing, press on the screw, then there is input language, I added it from there! no need for any app

then you can just swip right and left on the space bar and it would change the keyboard format from English to Arabic (or any other language you have added)
