Root [ Add-on ] Soft Keys / Nexus Statusbar

Haii, This is confirmed to work on Kitkat, but there is no recents key. I know how to change that.

Nexus Status Bar: Thanks to Biggiephil :3

What you will need:

Build.prop editor
Xposed Module
G2 Xposed ( Works on L70)

1. GO into Build.Prop editor and add:

qemu.hw.mainkeys=0

2. BEFORE YOU REBOOT, Go install G2 XPOSED ( Is available on the play store) and then reboot.

3. WHEN phone is booted, you will have the softkeys. Now go into G2 Xposed and then " Navigation Bar " then Slide the switch to ON.

4. Change Number of buttons to 3, and make the menu key to recents.

For Nexus Status Bar: GO into Status Bar in G2 Xposed and check KITKAT theme status bar then reboot.

It seems that with this mod the soft keys take up space otherwise available to the app.

Why would I use this rather than press&hold the home key to get the "recents"?
