How do i add outlook express so i can access my school email

Hi welcome to Android Forums, first you would need to find your school's server settings. You might try contacting your school's IT director for that.
Then once you get your email server settings, go into your phone's email app and add a new account in the settings menu. When it asks for setup, choose a manual setup.
That should add your Outlook Express to your device.
