add words to predictive test

my predictive text on my samsung galaxy s3 has stopped remembering my words how to i change that?
 
If the S3 keyboard is similar to the S4 (and I think it is), get the keyboard on-screen and tap the Sym key. Then ensure Predictive text is ON and tap the words "Predictive text." This will open another menu screen with a multitude of options to accomplish what I believe you want to do.
