Adding a 911 address

I dont have servis right now on my metro pcs phone I have wifi calling but it keeps telling me error no 911 address detected so how do I add a 911 address to my phone so that I can use my wifi calling ?

Get a service plan. Message gone

Go to settings>network & internet>wi-fi calling and tap the three dots next to the toggle. You should see a link to update the emergency address (911 location).

I had that issue once with MetroPCS but all I did was add 911 to my contact list. Now it worked on my Alcatel pixel but it may not work on some other devices.
