Help Adding an extra one to all my contacts when sending a text. Samsung Galaxy S5

It's really hard to explain, but my phone is adding an extra one to the numbers, and I'm getting a response back saying "Error Invalid Number, Please re-send using a valid 10 digit number or valid short code." I have a screen shot I can send through a private message. Please advise, thank you!

Who is your carrier, and are you using the stock sms app?
