Help Adding contact to email

Im having a hard time with this.

Basically, I have an email from someone on mt Maxx. It is in the Android email, not gmail. The basic email app on the phone. I want to save this person as a contact and can not figure out how to do this.
I would also like to know how to link my outlook 2007 contacts to this app.
Please help.

Open the email. Press the top box with the profile and the sender's name. You should get a Create contact box.

As far as Outlook contacts, try Outlook Contacts to Smartphone
