Adding custom system sounds---Newbie

I am a novice newbie Moto G XT Android 5.0.2 user. I would like to add my own system sounds to the updated Android 5.0.2 operating system. I mainly want to change my personalized ring tones and notification tones. What apps can I use to best accomplish this? How can I best add the sounds I have on to my phone? I have a 32GB SD card installed. Please keep you directions as simple as possible so I don't get too confused.

All you do is plug your device into your pc and move them over.Once on the device.Just play your personalized ring tones,Then make them your new ring tones.

Ringdroid is good, it's well supported and updated, and has been around a long time. Another good option is http://gallery.mobile9.com/c/mp3-ringtones/1/.
