Galaxy S22--trying to create new email folder. I am using my ISP email account-in what ai assume is samsung email? Or is that a totally different email system? I go to settings in email, click folder, scroll to hottom,but there is no test email or add folder button like everything I have read says there is? Does anyone know why there isn't a new folder button or how to add one somehow? TIA

You need to create a new folder on a computer, logged in to your isp email account first...
That's the only way this will happen.
Then you can log in to your isp email account on your device using any email app that uses POP3 servers, such as Hotmail.

Thanks for the reply . Our ISP uses IMAP servers now,,they used POP3 servers until recently. I created a new folder on the computer, and am logged in on my phone, but the new folder option still won't show there. Guess I will just use it the way it is. I appreciate the response.
