Is there a way for the default Address Book to have multi-tasking abilities?
If I open up a contact, edit, or create a new one... If I go to the Homescreen or to another app... When I come back, the contact is no longer there.
The address book will not run in the background after I leave it. It will close when I leave it, and start over when I re-open it.
This is very frustrating. Especially for those times when I want to add the contact information of something I find online. I would enter their name and main phone number, go back to the browser to copy the fax number or address. When I come back, I have to start over and search for the contact all over again.
I've downloaded a few address books that will allow me to multi-task. I downloaded Contapps and Youlu. They both will allow me to multi-task.
I wonder why the default address book can't do this?
Are there any other address books I should check out?
