Its not as much a thing apps use but it gives the ability to convert and use desktop adobe air apps on the phone, and considering the two apps that we got to demo its a very powerful tool which I hope devs take advantage of.
It's a framework like Java or .Net on the PC. I makes it easier to port applications across various platforms. Looking forward to the flood. I bought hip waders.
