adobe flash download

Can someone please help me download this? I have an archos 101 tablet running on 2.2. Every forum I read says u can get it on the market (which I hacked), but it is not in my market! If someone can please help me!

I also looked for AIR and it wouldn't come up in the market either, is it my market???
