Adobe Flash Preloaded?

Hey everyone, I am seriously considering this phone and had a question about Adobe Flash player.

I was reading that Adobe recently took the Flash player link off of Google Play and will no longer allow new handsets to download the program.

Is Adobe Flash pre installed from the factory on the One V and if it isn't is there a work around or another site to download it from?

On a unrelated note, I will be switching from a iPhone 4 to the One V. Anybody recently do this switch and what did you think, downgrade, upgrade, lateral, etc.

As far as comparing the One V to the iPhone 4, I feel that the One V is better on all fronts except for the iPhone 4's retina display and front facing camera. Though the One V's S-LCD 2 display is nothing to be ashamed of either, and having the option to root is definitely a bonus. lol

Thanks for the info, I just pulled the trigger and ordered two of these!

Any suggestions for a rugged case like the Otterbox? I had a Otterbox for my iPhone and it saved my bacon countless times!

That is a cool looking case!

I just ordered two of these cases, one black/white for my wife and one all black for me:

They look robust but leave a small area exposed between the bottom of the screen and the curve bottom. I have a 5 year old that LOVES to play Angry Birds and treats my phone like a toy so hopefully this case is up to the challenge.

I also ordered two of these cheapy chargers, one white for my wife and one red for me:
