ads popping up constamtly

everytime i try to make a call or read my messages ads keep popping up. how can i stop this from happening

You have a malware Trojan horse of some nature.

You need to be more careful of apps you install, only use reputable sources and always check the permissions before installing.

What apps did you install prior to this issue?
