Help Advanced Calling problem

When I turn on advanced calling, and try to call a contact number with commas in the number, the comma is ignored and nothing after the first comma is dialed either. Someone suggested I try to use a "p" instead of the comma, but the phone does not allow me to enter the letter "p" in a phone number field. What do I do?

They say after turning it on you may have to reboot the phone so that it will take?

Thanks but I tried that too, makes no difference. I turn off advanceduring calling and then the problem goes away. Anybody have any ideas?

Have you tried calling your carrier and see what they say I know they usually are clueless but if the problem is something many Note users are experiencing my guess is they have taken soo many calls they may be familiar with the problem.

I did, they researched it and said this version of Advanced Calling (1.0) doesn't support commas in phone numbers.

I don't have or haven't used that before so I'm guessing the comma is necessary did they tell you what can be used now?
