advantage or disadvantage of moving to VZ

I have my pixel2 with FI since it came out. This phone has lot of good stuff that no other phone has, but also some stupid glitches which takes Google for ever to fix, like " mixing up beep and greeting" (fixed for now) or "VM not loading" or "after dialing the call doesn't connect". I'm out of big red for 2 years now and thinking of if joining them these problems won't happen. How about the bloatware they load on the phone? would I have it on my phone when joining them?
thanks

thanks guys,
I'm asking because I'm planning to get the pixel4 when it comes out, and I'm debating, with all problems I have with Fi as I explained, to get back to VZ, of course eying the credit they can give me going back to them.

i just checked the google store, for pixel 3, and they have 3 options to get the phone, Fi, unlocked and Verizon.
So, which one I choose between "unlocked" and "Verizon"?
Also, right now Google gives me $175 credit if I trade in the pixel 2 for Pixel3 (which i don't intend to buy).

I bought my unlocked Pixel4 from BestBuy with a $100 e-gift card. Now i'm asking which way should I activate it on VZ
VZ store, VZ authorized store or online chat?
I though I will get $200 prepaid CC from VZ for switch, but apparently it's if u buy the phone from them, now I get only $150 and it will take 45 days to get it.
I didn't like the attitude of the guy at the VZ store, he was pushing me to make the switch even though he wasn't much knowledgeable of how the switch from FI to VZ work. The guy in authorized store was nicer and gave me bunch of tips regarding activation fee, but was on the way out, so I might go back tomorrow.
