Advice on changing plans

Currently my wife and I share 700 minutes (have 5 friends and family unlimited talk), unlimited text, unlimited data...about 145 a month.

We are looking to upgrading our phones. Options are:

Unlimited talk/text with 4 GB (plus 1GB free) for about the same we are paying

OR

Keep the same talk/text plan and pay 10 more a month for 6GB each of data

Thoughts?

We are using about 3 a month on average.

On at&t, two phones with unlimited talk, text and 10gb of data to share for $135. You can get brand new phones with lte for $119-129 ( zte998) from amazon or radio shack. Unlike CDMA, you can change phones by moving sim card. You can travel and use local sim to avoid roaming in other countries. If you are CDMA, my suggestion is to switch.
