Advt. Popup when screen rotates

My phone starts wired advt. When screen orientation changes to landscape.. it happens for every app even for photos on phone

How to get rid of this

That's a new one on me. When I get ads I see them in any orientation.
Honestly I just close them with the x and carry on until the next page.
