ADW launcher home button?

I downloaded ADW launcher from the android market, and when i press the home button, it comes up with an option from ADW.launcher or HTC sense. I set ADW.laucher as default, but now i cant get it back to normal. it says go to manage applications, but what do i do then?

Home switcher app works well. It's on the market.

Go to Manage Applications, select ADW Launcher then select the option to remove defaults, you will then be given the option to use HTC Sense and select your default choice again
