The ADW.Launcher is by far my favorite launcher. It boasts the capability of having two quick launch buttons, a customizable drawer (dimension, transparancy), a hide away 6-button quick launch drawer accessible from any homescreen, and a newly implemented pinch feature to bring previews into focus, ala SenseUI.
my only complaint is the lack of having four quick launch buttons in it's normal state, like helix offers. however, I have found that helix doesnt come close to the stability i've observed from the ADW.Launcher. Stability was my biggest complaint about Helix, and what drove me to try other alternatives. using helix, I had issues with boot looping when JIT was enabled on my Droid.
Overall, ADW.Launcher is a first class launcher, and the developer keeps pushing for new options and features. It's great having the dedication from the developer side, but my only fear is it may become bloated after time. For now, though, theres none faster.
