Is there an application to where you can create your own ADW themes on your pc then transfer them over to your pc and posting them? I have a tone of ideas and would like to create and share them. So if anyone knows please post and let me know! Again if there is already a post like this one, I am sorry for a duplicate thread.

You create your themes using the Eclipse IDE for Java developers, which you can use the default ADW template to modify against. You need to have some sort of experience (or are willing to put the time into learning) with Java to do this.
It's not like cropping and re color sampling an image in Photoshop, if that's what you're wondering. You need to understand the file structure, xml, Java, etc.
