ADW Themes That Automatically Generate Icons For All Apps?

I'm currently using ADWLauncher EX.

The only ones I know of are 'CandyColorSwap' and 'ColorWarp' - neither of which I particularly like tbh. Are there any themes that automatically apply effects (as opposed to colour changes) to all icons... eg like istickers on the iOS?

Not that I'm aware of (though I'm interested if anyone does know). From what I've seen, the icons need to be changed individually. If the icons are of importance, I believe there are icon packs available in the Market.

Sure, but they never have icons for all apps (realistically most have icons for around 10-30% of my apps). Most look odd when surrounded by default icons, such as the Tron icon themes.

If there are themes which can automatically change the colour of existing icons, it must be possible to automatically edit all icons in another way...
