What do you mean it "goes in lost"?
To offer anything helpful we need more information. For example, what kind of app is it? A game? A financial product? A photo-editing app? Tell us what it is and what it does!
Based on past experience with Adwords, I know that it's *very* hard to get good placement without spending a bundle.
It's really important to narrow down your keywords to as few, specific words you can. In other words, don't enter a bunch of keywords thinking that will help draw hits--it may draw hits, but most of them won't be good. You want to target ONLY the people who might legitimately be interested in your product. So think of its most specific attributes, and go from there.

So the SEVEN items in blue are each separate apps that you want to advertise on Google? You're planning on having a separate ad campaign for each one, right? If not, you'll never be able to get relevant hits, because you'll have too wide a range of keywords. Are you aware that EACH campaign is going to cost a good deal of money?
If you had to narrow it down to one app that you really wanted to get going first, which would you choose?
If you're intent on advertising all of them at once, let me know!
