Guys, I am using Motorola defy. I had deleted all files in SD card but i can see all files in my Gallery, when i open it showing like " Files not displayed" . I don't know the reason for this. And im not sure how it is displaying after i deleted files in my SD card, Is it still in phone memory, if so why it is not displaying? Please assist me Friends..

Give this a try to see if it resolves your issue.
Go into your Settings-Applications-Manage Applications-All-Find Media Storage and long press on it to open it. Then press the "Clear Data" button.
This should remove the files you had deleted.
