After I did get the upgrade of the softwear..

Was wondering this just now,do I go into the FDR, to whipe out the hidden cache?
I got the upgrade yesterday, and start to wonder...

Are you having any problems? If not then there's no real need to do anything.

But going into recovery and wiping cache won't do any harm (to me "FDR" means "Factory Data Reset", which obviously is a bigger deal).

Thank you, no problems at all :)

A Factory Data Reset is not needed. With the new structure used in Android there no longer droppings that need to be removed after a system upgrade.

The only thing changes in this upgrade was the Android Security Patch Level.

I do recommend that you power off/power on to see that you are starting again from a known place.

I use Tasker a lot and have a Project that is run each time I reload the system that guarantees some settings are set to MY default values. I am always starting from the same place.
