After Oreo update - still just 3 home page options ?

I updated to Oreo ( Android 8.0.0 + Samsung Experience 9.0), and have the new clock options, but no notification badge options, and still only have 3 home page options (wallpapers, widgets, settings).

I am on Verizion with Note 8. Anyone have this problem ?

Look in Settings - - > Notifications and make sure that 'App Icon Badges' is turned ON
