Root After Root and then Factory Reinstall with RUU Mobile Network is Disconnected

Newbie
Virgin Mobile rooted the phone. Decided to unroot
Relocked bootloader
Ran RUU and restored to factory
Now the Mobile Network is entirely disconnected. It turns on for just a moment when the phone boots up and then disconnects... I havn't even been able to get into Virgin Mobile DSS app.

Try checking your APN settings. If you don't have anything set, or maybe you have the wrong one, then go to the VM website and see if they have it there. I had the same problem when I switched from Cricket's stock android to a custom rom.
