AFTER UNINSTALL SUPER USER MY PHONE DO NOT START

I HAVE honor 4c which is root in twrp recovery mod. for unroot method i uninstall su app than my phone start and frozen on the starting icon.......

i try to install custom rom do not work

i access twrp mode . Any solution from twrp method or by PC ...

That happened to me once..try rooting it again with out starting it..then do clear cache, dalvick cache, format the boot..then after that try again to install your custom Rom..I think it will work..this is just to avoid the master reset..
