Help After upgrade, alarm goes off, but silent.

My Galaxy s2 was updated at Sprint last week and ever since, the alarm has been going off, but silently. I tested it the other day and I watched it come up on the screen, but no sound. Very strange. Anybody else having this issue? The software is jelly bean 4.1.2.
 
Do you have any recently installed apps thatcould be causing it?

And did you do a factory reset after the ICS to JB update? a factory reset has been proven to get rid of most of the bugs that occur.
