Agenda App Question

I have been searching for a long time and tried several Agenda apps. I may be being to particular.

I am looking for an Agenda app that does the following:
When in Calendar mood shows time and event on the date
Has a transparent widget for home page that will show time and event
User friendly
Has reminder alarms

Is there anything out there that has these options?
