Alarm app, editable via web?

Are there any Android alarm clock apps that allow you to edit (i.e. add, delete, modify) an alarm via the web?

Meaning....let's say that I have an alarm set on my phone for tomorrow morning at 6:00. As I sit here at my computer, with my phone in a room upstairs, I realize that I want to change that alarm to 5:30 without having to go upstairs to edit the alarm. Ideally, I'd just want to access some interface from my computer that would change that setting to 5:30am. I have (for whatever it's worth) both a Mac and a Windows computer.

Is there an Android alarm clock app that would allow this to be done, from a computer, via the web?

I'm thinking no on this one. There are apps, programs that can control things but not this specific

That's what I figure too, but boy would this be handy.

Take a look at this one.
Seems to claim to do what you want.
Some of the reviews say it doesn't work though. Might depend on phone / os.
