i have an HTC Magic running 1.6 and my Alarm clock has started acting weird. I use the built in Alarm Clock and have been happily for the last 6 months. Today however the alarm clock has decided to fail one me.
It started by refusing to let me change the alarm tone. Instead of the name of the tone it was displaying something like "unrecognised tone" ( ican't remember exactly, it was very early this morning!) and when i tried to click in and change the tone i got the message "The application Alarm clock (process com.android.alarmclock) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
Rebooted the phone and tried again. I now get that same force close message when even trying to change the time of an alarm.
i can't see any way to reinstall the Alarm clock it is currently unusable and am stumped.
Any idea's??
