Help alarm clock not ringing

I updated my cell phone Grand duos at android 4.2.2 from 4.1.2. I was happy with new version even I had some problems which request a factory reset Otherelse, everything was OK.

My only problem is alarm clock setting. I have few alarms set on and for few times the morning alarm did not ring, even at previos morning ring and even after that day. So, sometimes the alarm ring and others times not ring even I did not touch settings on alarm.

Somebody can help me?

D problem wid dis 4.2.2 in grand duos is dat
For d alarm to ring u hav to keep ur ringer volume n notification volume on
N even d default ringer volume has been set quite low so u can increase it by clicking on more or something like dat which appears at d end while setting an alarm
