Help Alarm Clock Solved

How can I change the default Alarm Sound and controll it's volume?
Solution: Just found out that there is a scroll down in "new alarm"

I have a huge number of those "Aw Sh*t moments.... right after I click the TRANSMIT key" every time....
usually in a SMS message and I can't retrieve it and say "oops!"

it is for that reason, that I installed a 5 second delay in my outgoing SMS messages
