Help Alarm dismisses itself after snoozing a few times

I have a Samsung Galaxy S from T-Mobile. I'm using the built-in Alarm & Clocks app. I've noticed this happens on a few different alarms I have set. I'll snooze it once or twice, and then it will never go off again. It's like it's auto-dismissing itself after a couple of snoozes, even though I've verified that it's set to let me snooze it 10 times. I've already been late to work too many times because of my shiny new phone.

Any advice?

Do you use multiple alarms (which might overlap) ?

I do use multiple alarms and I have observed the same. It does not complete the number of snoozes.
